Frozen Mallard ducks can be shipped to you for training your dogs. Ducks are shipped with a freezy container and should arrive in a “freshly thawed” state. We ship out on Mondays to ensure that you receive your birds in 1 – 4 days in the “freshly thawed” state. You are responsible for tracking this package (tracking info is emailed to you) and for opening package on day of arrival or the freshness of your training birds is not guaranteed and is non-refundable. After opening your package on the day of delivery, you can then immediately refreeze or get ready to train.
All training birds are fully feathered, but may not be completely colored out. And Quality Matters to Easom Farms – Our frozen mallards are freshly frozen and have never been shot.

Any claims regarding your ordered product must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt. After 24 hours, no claims are accepted or honored. If an issue with the delivery of your package, a claim will be filed with UPS. You are required to hold onto the package and all contents for a week to allow UPS to contact you and inspect the package. Any refund and reshipment will occur after the UPS claim is settled.
